Our fully equipped workshops in the Midlands and the South provide a secure facility for planned services. This is supported by our mobile Client Support Units (CSUs).

The aim of our maintenance model is not only to provide through-life support for our conversions but to offer service level agreement contracts for those non-Babcock vehicles.

UK mainland

Our helpdesk can be contacted to plan or request maintenance.  Our CSUs operate from different workshops around the country.

Whether you require an upgrade, scheduled service or an unscheduled repair we will arrange for an engineer to visit. If this is not convenient, our logistics department can arrange collection and return using our vehicle transportation fleet.

Our health check model provides a one-stop-shop solution for customers. A scheduled plan will ensure the fleet is serviced, checked for conformity, tested and returned to the customer at pre-agreed intervals.

To provide peace of mind, we can carry out the MOT testing of your vehicles at one of our facilities. This means we can also carry out any remedial work and servicing by security vetted and experienced staff.

International

We have a team of experienced and security vetted CSUs who travel the world maintaining specialist products.

Our international model operates on a similar basis to our UK model where everything is organised for the benefit of the customer. The model includes parts management, visa applications, transportation and insurance. We produce an in-depth visit report on each vehicle, highlighting all aspects of the product.
